Consultation Appt - $50.00 (1 hour)
3 Month Care Plan - $1,000.00 (5 one hour sessions + paperwork & research = 20 hrs total)
6 Month Care Plan - $2,000.00 (10 one hour sessions + paperwork & research = 40 hrs total)
12 Month Care Plan - $4,000.00 (20 one hour sessions + paperwork & research = 80 hrs total)
Optional Maintenance Care Plan - $50 hourly (Monthly/Bi-Montly/Quarterly) Build Community
Pay can be made in full or split into payments.
